Project Summary
Our firm is seeking an experienced B2B sales intelligence and list building specialist for a critical, short-term project supporting a high-touch, targeted GTM strategy.
The core mission is to build the foundational database for a highly personalized B2B outreach campaign targeting senior leaders across ~400 tech companies. This is a hands-on, 'in-the-weeds' execution role focused on the meticulous, manual work of building a flawless 1000+ line database from scratch. Success requires a unique blend of skills: the strategic judgment to accurately map complex org charts and relationships, combined with the operational discipline to execute the research and list-building with precision and speed.
This is a role for a true operational partner who can flawlessly execute our bespoke playbook, not a high-level strategist.
The Core Challenge & The Work You'll Do
This project is broken down into two main, high-judgment functions:
Target Identification & Org Mapping: You will be given a target list of companies and a specific set of criteria. Your primary task is to research the organizational structure of each company and identify the correct senior-level targets, calibrating for function and seniority based on the company's size, stage, and unique structure.
Network Path & Proximity Analysis: You will then analyze our client's network using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our specific, AI-assisted methodology to find and score all potential warm introduction paths to the targets you've identified.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who has moved beyond simple lead generation and has verifiable, hands-on experience in a more strategic or operational capacity.
Ideal Professional Backgrounds:
Experience in one or more of the following specific commercial sub-functions is highly preferred:
Sales Intelligence
Sales/Revenue Operations (SalesOps/RevOps)
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Operations
B2B Market Research (Account Intelligence focus)
Required Hands-On Experience:
Complex Org Mapping: Direct, proven experience mapping complex B2B organizations (e.g., high-growth tech) to identify senior decision-makers (VP-level and above), navigating ambiguous titles and reporting structures.
Advanced Sales Navigator Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required. You must demonstrate speed and precision in building lead lists, crafting complex Boolean searches, and using the tool for deep intelligence gathering to execute our bespoke methodology.
Meticulous Data Management: A demonstrated history of building and maintaining large, detailed spreadsheets (1000+ line items) for complex projects where 100% accuracy and data integrity are non-negotiable.
Logistics
Duration: This is a short-term, intensive project expected to require a significant time commitment for an initial 2-4 week sprint.
Collaboration: This is a role for a solo, senior-level freelancer. The individual hired must be the person performing all of the work.
Methodology: This project follows a highly specific, bespoke playbook. It is not a good fit for freelancers who prefer to apply their own standardized methodology.
